Ao &#8220;<\/em><strong><em>lerem com o corpo<\/em><\/strong><em>&#8220;, os alunos transformam o ato de descodificar palavras, numa experi\u00eancia f\u00edsica e din\u00e2mica. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>As posi\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0<\/em><strong><em>invertidas<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0s\u00e3o exerc\u00edcios em que o corpo \u00e9 colocado de tal forma, que o cora\u00e7\u00e3o fica acima da cabe\u00e7a\u00a0e a bacia acima do cora\u00e7\u00e3o, desafiando a gravidade e exigem um equil\u00edbrio entre for\u00e7a, t\u00e9cnica e controlo mental.
